In our design efforts we work hard to make the product easy to use. Should you require support we strongly advice you to post your support request on the zFTPServer Suite Forum.

Alternatively for commercial support needs we suggest signing up for a support agreement offering response time based support and continous service monitoring for business critical applications.
Commercial Priority Support
zFTPServer Suit is developed by Västgöta-Data (a Swedish IT consultant company) who offers comprehensive support and customization for users with specific needs or support issues.

Found something nasty?
Please report any bugs by posting them on the forum or by contacting our development team. Please note that even though we read every email, it's always best to request features and report bugs in the forum.

We also strongly suggest you upgrade to the latest version before reporting bugs as we eradicate each and every one of them at first sight.

Instructions for activation
When purchase is complete you will receive an e-mail containing a license file.
This license file should be imported using the Command -> License information menu option in the admin program.
